This session will teach the four steps to relieving anxiety quickly. The key anxiety symptoms include tight and tense muscles, shallow or rapid breathing, worried thoughts, and physical shaking. All of these symptoms will be addressed in this video.
Practice these four steps at least 3-4 times a day. The more you practice, the easier you will recall them when needed. You will enhance your awareness of when stress is building in your mind and body, and you can begin to calm yourself before you hit that anxious level.
