  • Hypnotherapy with stress reduction achieves significantly more weight loss than other treatments.

 

Mood, behavior, and lack of self-control affect many who have trouble managing their weight. Hypnotherapy promotes positive mental change that encourages healthier physical choices through many avenues of healing.

Cortisol is a life-sustaining adrenal hormone essential to the maintenance of homeostasis. Called “the stress hormone,” cortisol influences, regulates or modulates many of the changes that occur in the body in response to stress including:

  • Fat, protein and carbohydrate metabolism to maintain blood glucose
  • Anti-inflammatory actions
  • Immune responses
  • Blood pressure etc.
